Welcome to MerzCafe! By using our website to pre-order your favorite South Indian delicacies, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Ordering & Payment: All orders must be placed and paid for in advance through our online platform. Once the payment is confirmed, a receipt will be issued.
2. Food Ordering Time: Orders must be placed at least 6 hours before the desired pickup time.
3. Food Collection: Customers must present their receipt at the designated MerzCafe outlet to collect their food at the specified time.
4. Takeaway Timings: Orders can be picked up only during the following time slots:
   • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
   • Night: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
5. No Cancellation or Returns: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned unless the food cannot be delivered by us.
6. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in cases where MerzCafe is unable to fulfill the order.
7. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide the best quality food with the authentic taste of South Indian cuisine. However, we do not take responsibility for customer preferences regarding spice levels or taste variations.
8. Liability: MerzCafe is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or technical issues.
9. Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
